Licensed methylation classifiers, installed and run inside your own laboratory.

How we deliver

Local, licensed classifiers

Our classifiers are licensed for installation inside your own laboratory. They run on your infrastructure, on your schedule, under your governance, built to fit the routine diagnostic workflow you already have.

Full autonomy

The classifier runs locally on standard laptop hardware. Once installed it needs no connection to us in order to work.

No data sent to us

Sample data and results stay inside your infrastructure. We have no access to your systems and no contact with patient data.

Installation & validation

We support deployment, help you validate in your own setting, and assist with integration into existing workflows.

Documentation included

Every licence ships with an installation guide and full technical documentation.

Our portfolio

Three methylation classifiers

Each has its own reference cohort, output structure and documentation. Every report includes quality-control metrics, a classification with a confidence score, and copy number variation analysis. All three are platform-agnostic and now compatible with sequencing data, alongside Illumina 450k, EPIC v1 and EPIC v2 arrays.
